By creating an account, accessing, or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Nexus on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Services

Nexus is a business platform that helps teams manage customer records, conversations, workflows, analytics, and WhatsApp-based communication. Features may change over time and may depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp Cloud API and email providers.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account details and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security incident.

4. Customer Data and Your Responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the customer data you upload, collect, or process in Nexus, including contact details and message content. You represent that you have a lawful basis and all required permissions to process that data and to send messages through integrated channels.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and data-protection obligations in your operating jurisdictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nexus to:

• send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content;
• violate third-party platform terms (including WhatsApp policies);
• attempt unauthorized access, probing, or disruption of our systems;
• upload malware or execute harmful automated behavior;
• use Nexus for illegal profiling or discriminatory practices.

6. Third-Party Services

Nexus integrates with third-party providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions.

7. Intellectual Property

Nexus, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for internal business operations.

8. Service Availability and Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using Nexus at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Nexus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates become effective when posted on this page, unless a different date is stated. Continued use of Nexus after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
